Membership Application

Application:

Due Sunday, October 25 at 11:59 PM

To be considered for the Junior Scholarship from Mortar Board, you must be a junior and 

  • have completed between 60 and 89 semester hours at USA
  • have at least a cumulative GPA of 3.40
  • not be graduating before December
