Purchase Your Card
Allied Health or Nursing badges may be purchased using the on-line process or in-person at the Jag Card Office. The on-line cost is $20.00 which includes shipping to the address provided during checkout.
After the payment process is completed, you will need to upload a photo via our photo submission process. Find more information here.
To ensure your photo is approved, please carefully review the photo requirements for the specific ID type you are purchasing. Note: Undergraduate Nursing Photos have additional requirements that must be followed.
Students may also purchase their badge and have their picture taken in person at the Jag Card Office located on the 1st floor of the Student Center. The cost is $15.00. Only debit or credit card payments are accepted - no cash, checks or money orders. Photo submission requirements must be met for in person photos. Online Order Refund Policy
Refunds for online badge orders ($20.00) depend on when the request is submitted and the processing status of the badge:
- Cancellations Within 48 Hours (Unprinted): Orders canceled within 48 hours of purchase that have not been printed will receive a $15.00 refund. A $5.00 non-refundable fee is retained to cover administrative and payment processing costs.
- Cancellations After 48 Hours (Unprinted): Cancellation requests submitted after 48 hours are ineligible for a refund, even if the badge has not yet been printed. Most badges with photos on file are processed within 48 hours.
- Printed or Processed Badges: Once a badge has been printed or processed, no refunds will be issued regardless of when the request is made. Because the badge has been completed, it will be mailed directly to the provided address.
Note: Submitting an order without a photo on file does not pause or delay the 48-hour
cancellation window. All standard refund time frames apply.
