Concur is a travel and expense management software system designed to automate the travel and expense process. The University of South Alabama has made a very important investment in order to better handle travel and expense management.
Concur Training
Concur training sessions are listed in the calendar below. The travel training session usually lasts 1.5 hours, the PCard session around 45 minutes to an hour and the Invoice session also around 45 minutes. Currently all Concur training sessions are being conducted via Zoom. To sign up for a training session click the link on the date you wish to attend then click the link to the form to sign up. A link to the session you signed up for will be emailed to you the morning of the training. Please make sure you are signing up for the training you need. We have two different sessions, one for Procurement Card (PCard) and one for Travel. If you need travel training please select a Concur - Travel Training option and if you need PCard training please select a Concur - PCard Training option.
