Concur Travel and Expense Management Software System
Concur is a travel and expense management software system designed to automate the travel and expense process. The University of South Alabama has made a very important investment in order to better handle travel and expense management.

Concur Training
Concur training sessions are listed in the calendar below. The travel training session usually lasts 1.5 hours, the PCard session around 45 minutes to an hour and the Invoice session also around 45 minutes. All Concur training sessions are conducted via Zoom. To sign up for a training session click the link on the date you wish to attend then click the "Click here to sign up..." link to sign up. A link to the session you signed up for will be emailed to you the morning of the training. Please make sure you are signing up for the training you need. We have three different sessions on the calendar, Procurement Card (PCard), Travel, and Invoice. If you need travel training select a Concur Travel Training option, if you need PCard training select a Concur PCard Training option, or if you need invoice training select a Concur Invoice Training option. All three are distinct training session with one not substituting for another.
